Supply Of S.4 Chemistry Laboratory Instructional Manuals [Lims] for Government Aided Secondary Schools Tender at The Ministry of Education and Sports

  1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Education and Sports has allocated funds to be used for the Procurement of Instructional Materials as indicated in the table above.
  2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended, and is open to all bidders.
  3. All eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  4. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of U.S.C. Holding Office Hundred thousand Uganda shillings only). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Room 504, Embassy House and pay at the designated bank. Payment will be made from 15/05/2025, on presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Room 3.7 within the specified timeframe.
  5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at 11:00 am on 6/06/2025. All bids must be accompanied with a Bid Securing Declaration as indicated in the bid documents.
  6. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend on 6/06/2025 at the Ministry of Education, King George VI Way, 3rd Floor, Embassy House.

Additional Job Description:
The Ministry of Education and Sports is seeking qualified suppliers to provide S.4 Chemistry Laboratory Instructional Manuals (LIMs) for government-aided secondary schools across Uganda. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, curriculum-aligned instructional materials that meet the standards set by the Ministry.   • Procurement and Supply: Sourcing and delivering the specified quantity of Chemistry LIMs as per the Ministry's requirements.
